Since getting my license as a Real Estate Agent, I went on to get my Broker's license after only 1 year as a Real Estate Sales Agent. In 2003 I joined The Cape & The Islands Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in order to serve my clients and customers in the most efficient and effective manner. In February 2004 I attended a real estate Buyers Agent course in order to represent Buyers and their best interest. In March 2004 I attended the Resort & Second Home Niche Markets course which specializes in training for a Real Estate Agent who sells in resort areas, such as Cape Cod. I believe in obtaining as much education as possible in order to better serve my customers and clients. My real estate sales record speaks for itself. In 2003, 2004, and 2005 I sold more than $8 million worth of property. My goal as an agent is to provide a high level of satisfaction through a maintained commitment to integrity, honesty, and open & consistent communication with clients and customers. Being a native New Englander, spending most of my early years in Rhode Island, I truly love and appreciate the quality of life here on Cape Cod. My entire career has been in sales. I started of selling chemical raw materials for the paint, ink, and plastics industry. However, even though I really enjoyed sales and working with people, chemical raw materials was not in my blood. Since I already owned a condo as a second home here in Provincetown, it made sense to depart my job and start a new career selling real estate agent here on the most beautiful place in New England!
