- I hold Broker's open houses which allow agents to preview your property. This allows the Broker's to better sell your property to out of town buyers.
- I pay to have my listings "enhanced" on Realtor.com, which feeds to numerous other house hunting sites (see informational sheets for details).
- "Take one" CD's of your property of the virtual tour, condominium documents, floor plans and any other details of your property. This allows Buyer's to remember the details of your property after returning home, maybe share with friends!
- Radio- WXTK 95.1FM radio show Saturday mornings from 10-11am.
